An interim website outstaying its temporary welcome is a tale as old as the internet, and the story of Fidenda’s own website was much the same. Fidenda had worked hard to develop a formidable integrated business planning (IBP) consultancy, but their long-lasting placeholder site was doing them no favours.

Fidenda began some serious positioning work, fine tuning their web content to reflect their ingenuity. But this process made it even clearer that their visual brand was lacking. There were inconsistencies across platforms. At a glance, their identity could still easily be mistaken for any number of competitors, concealing their concerted efforts and frankly game-changing offering.

Fidenda’s website and brand needed a lot more love. Thankfully, we have a lot of love to give.

So we sat down and got to know each other, diving into a discovery phase to identify the needs and nuances of Fidenda’s web presence. Combined with the knowledge of Fidenda’s repositioning ambitions, what unveiled itself was illuminating…

Their current website didn’t align with their brand guidelines, their imagery didn’t reflect their new market position. Not only that, but some of their positioning aspirations were not physically possible on their current unwieldy web platform.

Fidenda had incredible marketing ambitions (and rightly so). But if they were to achieve them, their brand and web didn’t just need superficial makeovers. They had to be structurally seismic.

The foundational transition from their original web platform to a far more agile WordPress site promised to open up a ton of new marketing opportunities. It would allow our IBP aficionados to showcase the talents of their wider team, and grow to welcome numerous types of user journeys across the site.

Most crucially, this change would allow Fidenda to easily upload a wealth of content as they pleased. To make sure it all looked the part, we helped them to develop a visual design language that asserted their exciting positioning with professional credibility in the market. Rolling out this carefully considered new look sitewide and beyond, Fidenda had everything they needed to create a library of beautifully designed thought leadership blogs and materials that visitors could confidently turn to, cementing their perception of Fidenda’s unparalleled expertise.

Today, Fidenda’s website shines with a visual identity that reflects their indomitable talents, and boasts a functionality that can swiftly grow alongside them. We ensured that this elevation was simple to adopt, holding website and brand masterclasses for their team so that they could use the assets with ease.

Well, THAT propelled a whole host of new brand activities and, as a result, Fidenda’s aspirations are already being realised. The refreshed assets have launched a greater internal confidence, and have been used to develop an ever-expanding collection of PowerPoint decks, social templates and event banners!

As we prepare their ongoing marketing plans, Fidenda’s brand ambitions – launching digital campaigns, continual newsletter engagement, more – are more than ready for liftoff. And we can’t wait to help them reach the stars.

It feels like we’ve got a proper brand now, and a lot more consistency and quality. It’s an indicator that we’ve really upped our game.
